“La Barca”. Now let me tell you one thing about Barcelona. It’s not just the address of what many fans believe to be the best soccer teams of Spanish League. And I learned this only after my trip there this summer. This beautiful city is probably very under-rated as a hot tourist spot. This has probably worked out for the best because unlike other “well known” tourist hot spots, this place is totally unscathed by the horde of vacationers which, though useful for the economy of the region, ruin the main purpose of a vacation – “Getting away from the city for a undisturbed moment.” You can easily reach Barcelona Via Girona airpor,t inexpensively.

The first thing I observed about the city was its very distinctive design. You sincerely have to give praise to Antonio Gaudi for his unique style and extremely unique designs. Gaudi was the Catalan Architect who more or less single handedly gave the city its distinct architecture. One thing that most impressed me about Barcelona is sheer number of good Barcelona tourism and Barcelona Hotels.. And not just those unpleasant cramped ones, but also the big lavish historical hotels which can really accolade your stay. Your trip of Barcelona does not have to end at the steps of your hotel. Barcelona isn’t called “La Gran Encisera” – the Great Enchantress for nothing. With its medieval styled history and art, it’s a great destination spot for travelers, especially the history freaks. Many of the historical hotels are situated in what is in the area known as the Gothic Quarter. The scenic streets are built in a beautiful gothic style and are lighted with street lamps designed in the same fashion. This makes the hotels’ locations very well-located for sight-seeing areas. Although a little heads up, if you plan your trip to Barcelona the off seasons, you can normally bargain for a much better charge. I’ve known regular tourists to get up to 40% off the suggested price. Do not be anxious to ask for a discount, talk to you receptionist.

Whilst this is all good for living in hotels, there’s also another part of living in the Barca- the Apartments. A typical apartment has all that you would dream for a cozy stay. After spending some time in Spain, you would always intend to go back. But an apartment in Barcelona, either for sale or rent, can become your second home. Your accommodation in Barcelona also comprise of many additional benefits of holidays in Eastern Spain. Heaps of pleasant beaches in the neighborhood, as well as amenities complete the so-called “Spanish Mediterranean experience”. In fact, there are many Barcelona apartments close to both the beach and the famous Las Ramblas, combining the attraction of the sea with the stately historic heart of the city. And of course there are all the somewhat fairly priced bars and restaurants that you may find all over the city. But then again we wouldn’t expect any less of what is broadly claimed to be the funky town of Spain. The route via Girona Airport is cheaper than the Barcelona airport. The girona Airport car hire and Girona Airport Transfers are moderately more affordable and relaxed.
