Edited to make into a short summary about Singapore. It was originally a documentary on Discovery Channel about the subway network but now edited to present a quick look at this island nation.
singapore, one of the best country in Asia…
if you stay in Holiday Inn Atrium @ Outram Rd, you better take a cab, they are very cheap! Or have a 15 min walk to the next station and you will sweat like never seen before!
If you are at least 2 persons travelling, a taxi is not much more expensive than the MRT.
I’ve just been there (still sweating) and luckily haven’t received a fine!
That’s what we need here too, but don’t exagerate, as in Singapore.
As a singaporean, have to disagree at some point. I’ve lived in Malaysia for 3 years and its alright. However, I only liked the mountains, beaches, rivers etc and all that out-of-the-city stuff. Personally, I prefer Singapore to KL for a number of reasons. Yes I admit, some of us take many things for granted and really compare Singapore to others. But no, not all of us Singaporeans disrespect Malaysia. We were once a united country.
Malaysia doesnt have Channelnews asia though… o.O
you are damm true.
Singapore is an amazing country indeed.
Most efficient in the world! See it for yourself…
singapore may have only survived for 44 years. but we transformed faster than USSR before ww1
S’pore is the BEST if you dont like people taking your guns dont go there! Singapore ROCKS!!
i love singapore!im malaysian.
We m’sian respect singapore (kind of)
but some singaporeans dont respect us and shof off for their own country
You all no lan ah? never been there then dont go and say larh BASTARDS!
Singapore is the best!
Jealousy overshadows people.
so true i was there last month and you have to be careful what you do and say i got arrested in the airport for carrying a lighter and got fined and that was at check in
all the people there are clones
I’m saying that your government doesn’t respect human rights.
I’m not imposing I’m exposing.
please do not confuse political freedom with standard of living. we may lack political choice, but our quality of life is no short of exellence. so please, do not decide for us if our country is flowery or not, and do not impose it on others.
thank you very much.
ok ill reserch:)
Yes you’re right you don’t know Singapore.
Research around. Telling Singapore is a free country is like telling Myanmar is a free country too.
It has got a free border but it’s not a free country.
typical chinese communism
well their not part of the uk and their not part of malasia, and they arent under dictatorship so their pretty free id think. im not against you because i dont know much about Singapore. My friend used to live there though
The media is controlled by the government.
The police is the tool for the ruler to intimidate its citizen.
The judiciary system is a tool to crush the opposition, bankrupting them and sending them to jail.
The institute of mental health is abused to take political unwanted!
Wake up! It’s not flowery there.
Singapore is not a free country and it definitely doesn’t respect the human rights of the people on the island foreign and local alike.
It’s a surveillance country.
It’s a FRAUD.
i was there this summer. for 4 days though
Im going to singapore for a internation contest on the flowrider grand opening at wavehouses there! Subscribe to my videos to stay posted about singapore im stoked to get some good footage!
